Biography

Licensed in Real Estate in 2004, I started practicing real estate full time with my wife Karen in late 2009. I bring with me 28 years of sales and negotiating experience.

Certified as a CGSB Senior Estimator in building envelope insulation,
An extensive knowledge of flooring, marble and ceramics having owned and operated a United Carpet franchise in South Surrey and later managed the opening of three flooring departments for Home Depot, two in Surrey, one in Burnaby.
Institutional/corporate sales of cleaning/sanitizing systems for Ecolab Co. a global leader in over 160 countries.

In constant pursuit of ways to upgrade my customer service and negotiating skills.

Recently married to my beautiful realtor wife Karen, I have four sons, Jordan, Mathew, Brandon & Scott. The boys all attended Peace Arch Elementary in White Rock and three have graduated from Earl Marriott Secondary going on to Law enforcement, U Victoria and VCC respectively, the youngest still in high school.

White Rock resident since 1990 while Karen has been a resident since 1965! (clearly before she was born!)

Service Clubs: Kinsmen Club of Langley where I served as President, Treasurer and Director. Served on the Kinsmen Fraser Valley Housing Societly as a director for several years.
